2. What data we collect

When you submit a registration request through this website, we collect:

• Company name
• Business email address
• Username (chosen by you)
• Password (stored using the Identity infrastructure suite; never in plain text)
• Country of registration
• Selected plan

This data is used solely to evaluate and provision your access request. It is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.

3. Server logs

Our hosting infrastructure may record standard server access logs (IP address, request timestamp, resource requested, HTTP status code, referrer). These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes and are not used for profiling or marketing.

4. Third-party services

This website does not load resources from third-party servers. All assets (fonts, stylesheets, scripts, icons) are self-hosted. No data is transmitted to Google, Meta, or any other third party as a result of visiting this page.

5. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

Where personal data is processed, the legal basis is:

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing necessary for the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request.
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and provisioning access.

Registration data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a maximum of 5 years after account closure, in compliance with applicable record-keeping obligations.

ae Aeonian Engineering Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong. Data may be processed on infrastructure located outside the EEA. Where such transfers occur, they are governed by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by GDPR Chapter V.
