Terms of Service
This page governs use of tag.parta.app and the Parta Tag service. It does not constitute a licensing agreement for the Identity infrastructure suite. Enterprise licensing is handled separately.
1. Operator
This service is operated by ae Aeonian Engineering Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong, and backed by WIDE di D. Papa, Italy. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to these entities jointly.
2. Acceptance
By accessing this website or submitting a registration request, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, do not use this service.
3. Service description
tag.parta.app provides account registration, access management, and subscription services for the Parta Tag application. The service is B2B only. Access is subject to manual approval.
4. Account registration
One administrator account is provisioned per tenant. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Hardware
Use of the Parta Tag application requires compatible NFC hardware. NTAG424 DNA badges must be sourced independently by the customer. ae Aeonian Engineering Limited does not sell or supply hardware. We make no warranties regarding the availability or performance of third-party hardware.
6. Intellectual property
All content, software, and architecture descriptions on this website are the exclusive property of Domenico Papa, WIDE di D. Papa, and ae Aeonian Engineering Limited, protected under applicable copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property law. Nothing on this website constitutes a licence, assignment, or transfer of any intellectual property rights.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any component of the Identity infrastructure suite.
- Share access credentials with unauthorised parties.
- Use the service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
8. Subscription and pricing
Subscription terms, pricing, and plan limits are communicated at registration and may be updated with 30 days notice. Free tier access may be revoked at our discretion with 14 days notice.
9. No warranties
This service is provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ae Aeonian Engineering Limited and WIDE di D. Papa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service.
11. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. For users located in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply in addition.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
